Yoga with socks on is the affectionate name
Tracey has given to the restorative yoga practice she
teaches in and around the Brighton area. This nurturing,
deeply relaxing practice is a great remedy for the stresses
and demands of everyday life. It emphasizes being comfortable,
warm and feeling supported in order to allow the body
to release, the mind to unwind and to experience a state
of deep rest.
Plus, you can keep your socks on!
As a Vajrasati
trained yoga teacher, Tracey also teaches active yoga
(yoga with socks off), where her emphasis remains
on finding ways to release into poses, moving with the
natural pace and needs of our bodies, so that we might
explore our practice deeply whilst letting go of residual
tension and resistance safely.
